Methodology note

Methodology

KhayaList uses sourced research, official data where available, and model-assisted summaries to help people compare suburbs. Public pages keep the source signal small on purpose and point back here when you need the grading details.

Source bands

  • A means official or directly verified current data.
  • B means a corroborated source set with strong agreement.
  • C means a researched estimate built from multiple references.
  • D means thin, stale, or partially inferred data.

Maps and location context

Selected suburb pages use a Google Maps embed to show location context. The embed is for orientation only and should not be treated as a boundary or zoning source.

How to read a page

Use the source links, last-updated dates, and source bands together. If a fact matters to a purchase, lease, or routing decision, verify it with the relevant official source before acting.
